DocSign Requires Port 3000

The Next.js Document Signing Application is natively running securely in the background on Port 3000.

Because you are currently hosted on an IONOS VPS, IONOS defaults to blocking all non-standard ports (like 3000) using their external Cloud Panel Firewall. This is why connecting to port 3000 times out!

How to Fix:

  1. Log into your IONOS Cloud Panel.
  2. Navigate to Network > Firewall Policies.
  3. Select your server's active firewall profile.
  4. Add a new rule: Protocol: TCP, Port: 3000.
  5. Save the changes and wait 1-2 minutes.

Once allowed, you can click beneath to access your application natively via your custom domain:
